Order Completion Stages

• The client submits the complete order form and billing details.
• The client gains access to a private account that allows to track the order status and communicate with the writer.
• One of our writers is assigned to work on the project. The client is notified once the order has been allocated. The writer sends a message informing the client of the expected delivery time.
• The client is free to supply any additional resources that can be dispatched to Genuinewriting by either fax or direct file upload via the private account on-line.
• The writer uploads the completed project file which can be downloaded by the client through the personal account.
• The client may request a revision, should the writer miss any project guidelines. A revision request should be submitted within 14 days of completion, and will be processed free of charge. Genuinewriting.com can assign a new writer, should the client have sufficient reasons to believe that the current writer is not qualified for the job. A revision request may be declined, should the client's request be inconsistent with the original order requirements.
