From this information the most likely risks were arranged in the order of the probability of the risk occurring. Secondly, the probability of these doubts happening and the comparative impact they might have were evaluated. We came up with a certain criteria which are listed below to show the outcome of the probability of the risks happening. Thirdly, the risks we were able to prioritize and made a policy in order to reduce their gravity of the risks in case they happen.

The risk assessment team came up with the following risk as one that is most probable to happen;

Fire risk; as in any event, fire is one of the most common modes of accident. And so as to be clear from fire, we had to include it as one of the risks that can occur. Besides it is important reduce of fire occurring since if it occurs it can affect the whole event and eventually reduce the quality of the designs being released in the winter launch.

Risk Response

Every studio holds a fire extinguisher. Fire fighting apparatus should be kept clear and be readily accessible. Neither they, nor signs indicating their positions, can be removed or obscured.

The venue holds an additional small supply of hand held fire extinguishers and fire blankets that we have required.

Contingency Plans

The contingency plan is pretty simple in this case. In case of any risk, e.g. fire, or any other accident, the primary responder is to inform the Contingency Planning Coordinator who in this case is one appointed to do so. All identified. Information must be communicated to the Contingency Planning Coordinator who in turn he informs the systems supervisor who is to get in touch with the Damage Assessment Team Leader and notify them of the fire event.  The Damage Assessment Team Leader is to alert team members and direct them to comprehensive complete the evaluation procedures outlined to establish the degree of damage and predictable recovery time.

On hearing the fire alarm, one should evacuate via the nearest fire exit to the Fire Assembly Muster Point, which is located on the triangular patch of grass facing the venue, across the slip road The staff on duty and security staff will also direct you out of the building through the nearest unaffected fire exit. The main exit routes from the venue can be found on the attached venue floor plan provided.
